My name is abhishek roy and i am employee of one company named SSJ Finance & Securities Pvt Ltd. I am working with this company since May 2009 and still i got only half month salary. whenever i was tried to contact companies responsible person they replied that you are not meeting your target that reason we are not able to provide you salary and when i am asking them about my APL which not given by them they replied that your Apl is on way and will reach within couple of days and still now i didn't got my Apl and when i asking them to at least provide my salary slip they replied that they didn't provide salary slip to any employee of company. In this company i am on the post of Branch Manager and before joining this company they assured me that i should join this company and no salary will be hold for at least 3 month. When they mailed offer letter to me i apposed about some matter which printed on offer letter. according to letter they mentioned that my target will be 1 times of ctc for 1 month and 2 times for 2nd month and 3 times for 3 rd month and when i was not agree on this offer letter they told that this target for your branch not for you. but after 1 month when they hold my salary they said that according to offer letter we are holding your salary cause you are not meeting our minimum criteria.
When i put my all matter in front of HR department they told we cant help you which shows that HR are also not responsible to any employee's benefit which shows integrity of company toward his employee. because as per offer letter they are not releasing at least my variable salary.
So i requested you please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am also sending the e-mail address of company's responsible person along with his designation and location.
